Pancakes
Fluffy pancakes which satisfy even the hungriest breakfasters. Maple syrup required.

| Whisk | Mix dry ingredients in bowl | ||
| 455g | 1 3/4 cup | Milk | Add to bowl2 |
| 60g | 1/4 cup or 2 oz | Butter | Add to bowl2 |
| 2 tsp | Vanilla Extract | Add to bowl2 | |
| 1 | Egg | Add to bowl2 | |
| 100s | Microwave | Heat up bowl2 so that butter is melted | |
| Whisk | Mix wet ingredients in bowl2 | ||
| Whisk | Mix wet and dry ingredients while pan is heating up on low | ||
| Butter | Place a small chunk on hot pan before adding batter each time |
These pancakes are very thick and fluffy!
